Most wardrobes aren’t short of clothes.

They’re short of clarity.

The Wardrobe Edit is a considered, comprehensive experience combining personal styling with considered organising to create a wardrobe that feels effortless, elevated and entirely yours. It begins with a complimentary in-person consultation at your home, where we get to understand your lifestyle, wardrobe goals, personal style and the frustrations you’re currently having. From there we prepare, researching storage solutions for your space, sourcing items of clothing specifically for you and identifying the gaps in your wardrobe.

The Wardrobe Edit

What to expect

  1. Enquire

Get in touch to tell us a little about you, your space and what you’re hoping for.

  2. Consultation

We arrange a complimentary in-home or online consultation to understand your lifestyle, wardrobe goals and the challenges you’re facing.

  3. Preparation

Behind the scenes, we research storage solutions for your space and source a curated rail of pieces specifically for you.

  4. The Wardrobe Edit

On the day, we edit your existing wardrobe together, deciding what stays and what can be let go. We organise everything around a system designed for you.

  5. Personal Styling Session

1-1 styling session, showing you how to style new and existing pieces together, creating more outfits and making the most of your wardrobe.

  6. Afterwards

You’ll receive a digital wardrobe in the form of a lookbook, featuring outfit ideas from your considered wardrobe, direct links to genuine gaps we’ve identified, plus wardrobe method and maintenance guides.

  7. Optional Resale Service

If you’d like, we can take care of reselling the pieces you let go of, a great way to put some money towards any new pieces or simply declutter without the hassle.

Before

It starts before we arrive.

Your consultation is complimentary and can take place at home or online so we can see the space properly before anything is planned.

Once your consultation is booked, we’ll send you two short questionnaires designed to understand your lifestyle, wardrobe goals, personal style and the frustrations you’re currently having with your wardrobe and space.

We then use this alongside your consultation to build a clear picture of what you need from the edit. From there we prepare everything in advance, from researching storage solutions for your space to sourcing items of clothing for your styling session based on your wardrobe, lifestyle and the gaps we’ve identified.

During

Your personal styling session.

Alongside the wardrobe edit, you’ll have dedicated one-to-one time with Abbey. Using your existing wardrobe alongside a curated rail of pieces sourced specifically for you, Abbey will build and style looks that reflect your lifestyle.

Abbey will introduce you to pieces you may not have considered before and show you how to make your existing wardrobe work harder. Everything brought to the fitting is selected with you in mind, based on your consultation, your wardrobe and the opportunities identified during the edit.

After

The work doesn’t end when we leave.

Within a week of your edit, you’ll receive a personalised digital wardrobe in the form of a lookbook, showing you different ways to wear the pieces you already own, including combinations you may not have thought of.

We’ll also include carefully considered recommendations and direct links for any genuine wardrobe gaps we identified during the edit.

Included for Edit clients

And we can deal with what you’re letting go.

The hardest part of any wardrobe edit isn’t deciding what to lose. It’s the bags sitting in the hall three months later.

So we can take them. You receive 50% of anything sold, with no upload fee. We manage the listings, the photography and the postage for four weeks from upload.

Anything that doesn’t sell can be donated to charity.

What is a capsule wardrobe?

A capsule wardrobe is a curated edit of pieces that all work together. Fewer items, worn more often, mixed and matched across every season. The result is fewer unnecessary purchases, less decision fatigue and a wardrobe built on quality over quantity.
